Welcome to OrbitalFlyers. These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and OrbitalFlyers Ltd (company number 16476720, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom), trading as OrbitalFlyers ("we", "us", "our"), regarding your use of our online shop at https://shop.orbitalflyers.co.uk (the "Service"). The Service is provided to us by Fourthwall.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About us
OrbitalFlyers is a UK-based brand creating drone-inspired prints and merchandise. The shop is operated by OrbitalFlyers Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. You can reach us through our Contact page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to place an order. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement and that any information you give us is accurate.
3. Products and pricing
Prices are shown in your local currency where supported, with the final charge taken at checkout. We take reasonable care to keep pricing accurate but reserve the right to correct errors. Product images are representative; slight variation in colour or finish may occur because items are made to order.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we confirm the order by email. Payment is taken at the point of order by our payment processors. If payment fails, we will not be able to fulfil the order.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship internationally, including to the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.
6. Returns, cancellations and refunds
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you are a consumer in the UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory cancellation rights, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless an exception applies, for example where an item is clearly personalised. If you cancel, you must return the goods in accordance with the applicable law and our returns instructions.
To request a return, cancellation, or refund, please use our order support form. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
7. Your use of the Service
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

All designs, images, text, and other content on the Service are the property of OrbitalFlyers Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the product or products in question.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except that nothing prevents you bringing a claim in the courts of your home jurisdiction where this right is protected by mandatory consumer law.
